Whitney

Founder/President

Whitney McBride is the President and Founder of Voices for All Abilities (VFAB). A lifelong resident of Pahrump and mom of five, Whitney turned her family’s experience navigating early autism diagnoses for her sons Layne and Keaton into community action. She launched the Pahrump Special Needs Support Group (200+ members) and founded VFAB to connect families to resources, advocate for services in Nye County, and build inclusive programs that celebrate differences and promote acceptance. Guided by the belief that every voice matters and every ability counts, Whitney partners with schools, providers, and local leaders to make inclusion the norm.

I have a teacher and psychology background; I believe this has provided me with insight on the resources need in the community. I am honored to be apart of VFAB and looking forward to the difference we will make in the community.
